Ingredients For Strawberry Cashew Protein Shake:
|Cashew Nuts||120 grams|
|Almond Milk||500 ml|
|Vanilla Extract||2 teaspoons|
|Maple Syrup||2 teaspoons|
Put cashew nuts in a saucepan and pour water over them so that they are lightly covered. Bring to the boil briefly and let it steep in hot water for 2 minutes.
Drain the cashew nuts and rinse thoroughly with cold water. Wash, dry, and cut the strawberries in half.
Put the cooked cashew nuts, almond milk, strawberries, vanilla extract, and maple syrup in a high-performance mixer and puree until a smooth mixture is obtained.
